I don't think so. I think they have different ratio's.

No..... the only sram shifters you can use with shimano derailers are either the attack or rocket shifters.. x9 will not work ....

it only works with front deraileur, at least with XT i know it does..i have three bikes like that, x9 triggers with xt front deraileur

All front mechs run the same ratio but the rear differs, shimano runs 2:1 while shram runs a 1:1. sram made a few shifters 2:1 trx, attack and rocket.
