I would look into cruisers. I just welded a new rear end on my DK and it's pretty cool. It's about 1.5" shorter than the General comes. I would find out what has the shortest stays and go with that. If you want a sus fork, then IMO the Fall Guy has sweet short stays. I don't know off the top of other frames that tight in the rear....
