im still getting used to being on my back wheel, i got like 2 or 3 seconds, i dunno where i got it from, but if your on the front ov your feet, you can get up alot easier. i keep going over to the side and going 2 far back, i cant get 2 the break in time tho :S

i can only manual while pedaling.that is still not that far. i cant get it while going fast and then pulling back..
