just out of curiosity, i wanted to know what tricks you guys learned first in which order?

i know the basics of riding a bike (bunnyhopping and manualing and stuff) because i used to ride downhill but ive just gotten into bmx and i want to learn more tricks, and i dont know where to start off

i learned x ups in manuals first, then 180s then half cabs. i can double peg stall but one foot always comes off to stop myself falling off the side. at the moment im trying to do tailtaps and disasters. i cant do tricks for shit but i can manual 13 carpark spaces and air about 3 or 4 feet out of a quater

The trick to the double peg stall is to kinda table your bike a little bit (Peg side down), except that you're in the quarter, so the pegs/bike are flat on the coping but you're leaning into the ramp, like a sideways table where you're leaning and the bike is straight.

Learn tire-grabs, tuck no handers, double peg stall, then tire taps. The tire taps use the same leaning motion as dpuble-pegs, but you have to balance on one point instead of two.
