Hi guys. Sorry if this has been covered a million times, my searching doesn't bring up a definitive answer.

I have an 2011 FR30 with stock fork and shock. I've just bought 2011 Boxxers for it and am wondering if the geometry is going to be all messed up. I'm working on getting new shock mounts and rear shock but in the mean time how will it ride?
Anyone done this? 170mm rear mounts, 200mm Boxxers.

Cheers

I can't wait to ride with decent forks!

Surely its personal opinion whether you like it or not as to whether it rides better from other peoples opinions?

What BB height and HA measurements would i acheive from offset bushings? 180mm fork, standard voltage size shock in shorter setting

I'm buying a new fork for my Voltage FR, right now i have a straight 1 1/8 steerer. Now im deciding between a 1 1/8 or tapered steerer.

Tapered steerer, more strength etc...,but i would have to buy a new headset(with external bottom cup, so more stack height)

So, is a tapered steerer worth the extra cost for a new headset+more stack height over a standard steerer, which i could just pop on?

I would say so, if you have the origional headset in it, it will break sooner or later so might aswell just replace it now

And the boxxers will be fine

Is anybody running a KS Supernatural 150mm?

I'm thinking about buying one but I'm concerned about the cable hitting the back wheel or shock. I know the LEV also has 150mm and has the fixed cable but I'd rather save some money if the cable can be run without any hassle on the supernatural.
