i have had a chance to ride the 2010 boxxer and i own a 2010 fox wc 40rc2.
they are both amazing forks but PERSONALLY i would chose the 40 over the boxxer hands down.
yes both of them plow through everything that you put them through but over all the 40 seems more plush and all around better

Yeah you should think of flex as a mini kind of steering damper, because it is to an extent.

no it isnt, its flex

please go find out the difference

Boxxers are the best cos they're lighter and sam and pete ride them.

I use cross country bars because they're flexy so I can hold my lines better

that's going to mess up your geo.

change your shock out to one of those tiny DT swiss air cans.

Revelations? Are you serious?? That is WAY too stiff, like... You might get thrown off your lines in rock gardens because it's too stiff.

Go with a SID WC, pro's use them.

Everybody should just buy one of each and then make up their own minds. Worked for me.

Ok so i have ridden a 2010 Team and WC on DH trails k also ridden a 10 40 on DH trails.

In my opinion the Boxxer WC felt the worst. i guess i just prefer the feel of a spring i dunno more progressive I guess.

But honestly between them If I were to have been blind folded once THEY WERE SET UP FOR ME I couldn't of felt the difference honestly.
Once a fork is set up properly for you any top end fork will perform almost identically to the other.

i think i'm going to buy a 10 40 but again thats just because i can get a deal on it.

my 2 cents. 2 cents

I'm glad that advice would only cost 2 cents

Aimed more at the spring = progressive vs air comment.
