They don't have too much power. In fact they don't have enough power, they are heavy, have terrible modulation, terrible finish quality, crap lever-feel, hard to set up. Should I go on? There are more. I've seen them once.
How has nobody heard of these? There have been so many threads on them! People seem to think that they work ok but are overkill. I advise you listen to the above posters.
I've heard of them. They were more popular for their 8-piston calipers, but I have heard of the 6-piston ones. Personally, I think it's a little over kill. They seem to be very heavy and I don't really see the need for them (well, the 8's at least). Hope also makes a 6-piston caliper, but again, I still think that is a little much. $99 seems like a good deal, so it's up to you.
I just baught the gator brake 6 piston brake with a 203 mm rotor. Once i get it il let everyone know if it is a steal, just alright or a waste of money. So far it seems like a great deal for the price. It sould be in somewhere along the weekend i hope.
Hey dude, I think for pretty much the same price on pricepoint.com you can buy Avid Juicy 5's and you can't go wrong with those. I'd get the Avid if I were you
