ALBERTA DOWNHILL RACING ASSOCIATION
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - 2009

The Annual General Meeting of the Alberta Downhill Racing Association is to be held in Calgary, Alberta on Sunday November 29th, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.
LOCATION: Mountain Equipment Co-op
830 – 10th Avenue S.W.
Community Meeting Room

AGENDA:

President’s Report - Doug Zech.
Treasurer’s Report - Craig Parsons of Now Financial.
Membership Report 2009; What do members want in 2010? - Loyal Ratte.
Race Report; Breaking down the numbers, and what it all means - Stephen Exley.


ELECTIONS: Nominations and elections will now be heard. If you are unable to attend the AGM, your voice can still be heard: simply contact Stephen Exley at stephenexley@shaw.ca and he may act as your proxy contact, and he may vote on your behalf. Please do this as soon as possible, as there are creative and enthusiastic people running for Board positions. Your show of support will be instrumental in making the ADHRA an even stronger presence in the Provincial cycling scene.

POSITIONS: We have five (5) Board positions that are open
for nominations. They are:

1. President
2. Vice-President
3. Treasurer
4. Event Co-ordinator
5. Membership Co-ordinator


We do ask that as many members as possible attend, to bring another impressive season to an end, and to provide input in plans to make next year all that more successful.

Breaking news kids!!

ADHRA and COP will be designing and building a 4X track this year!! We will also be hosting a 4 week series as well as the Provincials in August. This is great news for race fans in Alberta.

Get those little bikes tuned up and stay tuned for more info.
