I'm currently riding an NS majesty on 24" and it is amazing! Other bmxers have told me it feels like a bmx but slightly larger so it would be perfect or you how has been on a bmx and now switching. If the majesty is too much try the ns traffic.

the model c is not much for dirt jumping. If he wants a bike stricly for dj then their alot better bikes out their then the model C. That bikes a 24 inch cruiser ment for street and park.

not sure on prices, but commencal maxmax or w/e the 24 they have is, dmr i think has a complete, ns has a complete 24. yes they're rigid, but you just learn to have more flow so you dont get hurt.
