Chrome and white is what I currently have, but I don't like the way it looks.

Not going brakeless. Did it for a few years, so the novelty has worn off.

I'm not too concerned about brake wear. I actually kind of like the worn rear rim look. I found pictures of worn red ones and they look alright, although I can't find a picture of a worn white one.

Thanks.

I also found this picture... it's pretty much exactly the same bike as mine, but with a different colour layout....

The angle isn't the greatest, but I think the red and white thing is a bit overdone...

However, if you black out some of the parts I think it looks better....

5:2 in favour of red. I ran the same poll on BMX-F and it was 28:12 in favour of red.

I like both ways honestly and would be happy with either, but the people have spoken and I went red. Just put the order in with Empire a few minutes ago.

Front - Red Fly rim, black DT spokes, red Marmoset hub.

Rear - Red Fly rim, black DT spokes, black Ratchet hub.

For those that are wondering, the red is identical to the dark red on the pedals. The bright part of the pedal was used as the colour reference for the photoshop job, so red will look a little darker in person as the whole rim won't be highlighted. The rims will basically look like the rims on the bike two posts up.

I'm currently running a set of wheels off a complete, and I want to convert to LHD.

Since I'm already upgrading the rear wheel, I might as well do the front wheel too.

Plus, I'll be able to put the old wheels back on the complete and sell it off as a complete.
