There is no such thing as a 140mm travel shock. Your frame might have 140mm travel but the shock sure doesn't. In order to give you some advice we need to know the stroke length of your shock, what bike its for and the intended purpose.

Try learning to spell correctly and wait AT LEAST 24hrs before bumping the post.

Maybe you should actually do some research yourself and find a few rear shocks and then ask the Pinkbike community what they think.
Also try giving us some more information as to what it is your looking for such as a coil or air shock and the type of riding you plan to do, how much money you plan on spending and what frame it is for etc.. etc..

This is for your benefit and by the sounds of it you want us to guess the answers to the questions above.

thats not how it works. shocks are sized to frames.

It usually works out cheaper to buy a 170mm shock and resell the extra travel you don't need
