today i put 50psi in my fork and it feel better than 15psi but do you think is it more than normal? how much do you run in your dj2 and dj 1?

yes that is a lot more than normal. most forks run a lot lower pressures than you are running them at. if you run the pressure too high you will most likely break the fork interals. if they feel better with higher pressures in them try changing the spring and or oil (not 100% sure which are used in a dj2...sorry)
just had a look on the marzocchi website and for a rider between 70-90kg which im assuming you are you should run them at a pressure between 30-45psi if you are any less than 70kg then between 22-37.
hope this helps if you need anymore help or advice its all on the marzocchi site

yeah id prob refer to the marzocchi website and see what they say. you can stiffen forks up by putting a heavier weight oil in them too. like the fella said above sometimes if you run to much psi you can damage the internals of the fork.

the other day i turned my 08 dj1 into an 80mm fork instead of 100mm. i used a forum that i found on PB, which was heaps of help. now they are heaps stiffer and i run about 5psi in them. i raised the level of oil fractionally too. 7.5 weight fork oil is a good balance. you should be able to buy that from your local motorbike shop or bike shop.
