i posted the video in what i thought was the "energy drinks" forum, i failed to see that it was the "who else thinks energy drink should come with a health warning". This is my first time posting in forums so im new at it and made a mistake. The reason for posting the video: Movavie is having an online contest on youtube and the winner is determined by number of views, i wanted to post the video in "energy drinks" to hopfully get the support of the biking community to watch the video, that is all.

ah so you were spamming then.

then he must be new - he's got a lot to learn. 's'not gonna win any friends with that nonsense.

I'm a energy drink user which I quite admit I've lab ratted myself to, and notice that

1.It rots my teeth

2.It has given me diarrhea when drinking over 500ml of it

3.It gives me downers

these are some of the effects I got from drinking it pretty much I can say it messes you up so I only drink it once every so often, plus its no good when XC riding I'd rather drink natrual water than rockstar etc...
