Hi guys,

I have an 2008 Transition Double and I was looking at replacing my current air shock (Fox rp23) to a coil. As some of you may know, the Transition Double only has 3.5 inches of travel so any suggestions would be appreciated. Also, is it possible to shorten a longer coil shock to fit on to a 3.5inch specific frame?

Thanks guys.

It is a 6.5"x1.5" shock. There are no decent coil shocks available in that size. Why would you want to change it anyway? The RP23 is one of the best air shocks ever.

I want more rebound. My rp23 is very plush but it bottoms out pretty easily and I was looking to get into some light free ride and I was worried that I would bottom out too easily and damage the shock?

O+

Send it to Push. Tell them this. Pay a third what a new shock would cost. Thank me.

Push? sorry I'm not very familiar with that. Is it a company? And by the way, thankyou for your time and helping me. It's really appreciated

Try and phone company you want to buy a coil shock from and just ask if they got your size or what ever
