Check out the Tonic Fab Howie and probably some Pike 454s, my buddy has 'em on his Cove Foreplay and they're absolutely beautiful.

if you dont do twisty stunts qr is fine otherwise you are likely to snap the arch (as i did twice before getting a 20mm fork)

I have a velvet and dont run a QR. I have a atomlab hub that is 9mm axle that is a bolt on. I love mine.

it looks like that essentially just replaces the qr mechanism, can you replace the actual axle with a solid, bolt on axle? i've heard differing opinions.

my atomlab hub is different, but my friends hope is like that. the atomlab has two bolts that screw into the hub
