Nice Tyres....Did some up myself. However I cut down my studs, with a Dremel. How do you find your rolling resistance? And have you found any depth of snow, that is simply. Too Deep?

Well, for deep snow you need greater speed, but using it for nice hardsnow/icey trail is the best way! Didn't pedal it, but yes, for normal xc riding I woud go with shorter bolt's, like 1-2mm over the profile and every second knob.

My Fluid, now with Shwalbe RR out back and HD up front as well as the new Vorsprung Corset that I just mounted up yesterday. Very happy with the way this bike has turned out considering its 5 years old now. Wish I had got the new tires sooner, I love the low rolling resistance and reduced rotational weight(in comparison to the beefy 2.5" Maxxis DHFs mounted previously), it's made the bike alot more fun!

Hey guys, bought a 2014 Norco Range yesterday.

Norco Range 2014

After adding a front brake, changing to an XT crankset, taking off the chainguide and putting my pedals on it's 15 kg. Is the frame really heavy? Seems a bit heavy for the build.

Nooo, frame is awesome, wanna light? Change wheels
