130mm would be the most i would run. anymore and your just risking your frame, and your safety. if your like trying to convert it too a freeride bike, don't, its a mid range dirt jumping bike and its probably not going to be able to take it.

so 130mm is the most i would go. 140mm you could try, but it would be risking your bike. and anything over your 150mm you my as well just stick a gun facing you on your bars and attach a string from the trigger to your pedals.

oh and another thing you should remember is that when you start putting more mm's of travel on your bike, its going to start tilting upwards, so even 30mm could make your bike feel completely different.

point being you can pretty much go as big as you want, 1" difference in axle to crown hight = about a 1 degree difference in rake
