Any NL Townies Coming up to Ottawa?

I moved up to Ottawa in January because I got a new job, but I had to leave my bike on the rock. I was hoping that if someone was coming up, and they had room for one more bike, they could do me the favor (I'd be willing to provide some reimbursement). Other ideas are: have you shipped your bike before? How? Ideas for me, please!

I've shipped mine before through purolator and it was best kind, Have a local shop box it up and put enough insurance on it just in case, they charge by the weight and i think mine came to about $150...well worth it.
