Freeride Jam 2 - Poland

The idea of "Freeride Jam" is to ride together in one place and have a great time. We decided to make Nielepice the jam spot, because it has good terrain variations, the big jumps in the forest and big trees! That and it's location is very close to Cracow, previous capital of Poland.

Read on for amazing pictures and Jam details,We all met on Sunday in Nielepice at 11 am. About 60 bikers from all over lesser Poland came to ride.


First, most of the riders got a little warm up on a small 10ft rock drop, 15 ft gap over the canyon and downhill trail. But some of them started the Jam by hucking the biggest gap. Later the whole jam was moved to big gap. Big airs, nice style, big crashes, and luckily everyone was alright.


Later we moved to the wall section, and here we had a little creative contest with selecting lines. Each of the riders must select a line and ride it perfectly with fast speed and style. It was a little bit of a mess here because 3 of the riders: Aram, Mongol and Kawula all wanted to ride Kawula's line, the most clear run was by Mongol, after 6 attempts. He won a Panacer tire sponsored by Velo. The 2nd tire was thrown to the crowd and Sudi took that one home.

Next we moved to the downhill trail and here we had a photo and video session on berms. The most serious crash on the berm got General (last POD).
