Margus Riga MBC Interview
Margus Riga will be the Official Photographer of the 2012 Mongolia Bike Challenge presented by Orbea. The MBC is an epic, 10-day stage race in the land of Genghis Khan. The organizers are pretty sure they have found the right guy for the job.

What are your expectations going into Mongolia?
My only expectation going into Mongolia is that it's going to be epic...in every way imaginable.
What do you think will be the biggest challenges for yourself as the official event photographer?
I think my biggest challenge will be to make sure my photos portray the "real" feeling of what it's like to race across Mongolia in a ten day stage race.
Have you ever shot somewhere like this before? How do you think your previous experience will prepare you for shooting such an epic race?
My greatest strength as a photographer is shooting multi-day, rugged, epic trips. Which I hope will play nicely to the surroundings and situations in Mongolia. I am as ready as I'll ever be for what I hope to be one of the most challenging and surreal experiences of my life. I am stoked!
