Mountain Creek Bike Park- Ben Stanziale Films: Another Season Down!

This year I had one of the best seasons I could ask for! I am lucky enough to say I work with my friends at Mountain Creek. We did a lot of really fun video projects this season, starting with a video during the ski season where we shot the bike park trails, with some snow mixed in... and we ended with my favorite shoot to date, an AfterHours video shot in the bike park at night. Marc Tremain and Hugh Reynolds, as well as the Trail Crew at the Bike Park were super awesome to work with this season!

This first video we shot was put out in order to get everyone stoked for the new bike park and its redone trails. We started early (during the ski season to be exact) scouting out the trails and the work we had ahead of ourselves this summer.


Shortly after opening for the season, Mountain Creek Bike Park held a ProGRT race- which had an awesome turn out and was a very fun weekend!


A few weeks later local rider Justin Brigandi, Trail Crew member George Ryan, and I set out to shoot some big whips and some of the freshly groomed jumps that were redone for this season.


Another Trail Crew member: Evan Gilardi, and I shot a video showing some of the new lines at Mountain Creek, including the fully new section of lower Alpine.


Finally, the end of the season for me was coming up. I was moving off to California and we wanted to do something awesome and end with a bang before I left for the summer. We put in a few sleepless nights into an AfterHours video. This was filmed at night on some of the popular features at Mountain Creek and we had a pretty epic sunset bag jump session. Here is what we came up with!



So there goes another awesome season on the East Coast for me. I couldn't have asked for a better summer working with my friends Mountain Creek Bike Park! See you guys next season!
