More Rain in Vermont

After actually seeing that bright orange orb in the sky for the first time
in a week yesterday it rained last night and this morning. Another weekend
of fun slippery racing in the mud. The Vermont course is gnarly, steep,
fast and very slick. David K (I won't even try to spell his name) from Intenseis out with a wrist and shoulder injury and my Astrix teammate Gail Dahlagher
(already racing with a cast on her hand due to a broken finger) blew out
her knee.
Cedric Gracia was looking fast as was the Canadian crew and East coast riders
who get a little more practice in the rain than the Californians and Colorado
contingent.

Mountain-X practice and qualifing tonight on a course that starts with a
flat 30 meter drag strip before heading down. My money is on Bootes, Carter,
Gracia and Ross Milan from Yeti.

More after qualifing.
