The gate for the Moose Mountain Access Road is soon scheduled to open for the summer and so the time has come for us Albertan’s to ride in our back yard instead of driving to BC to get our shuttle-runs in. So, I am organizing a trail maintenance day for
this Sunday June 6th 2004.The last trail day went extremely well. So, sticking with the same theme, there will be a BBQ, drinks and beer after the work is done.
• Sunday June 6th 10am - Meet at the bottom of the Moose Mountain Access Road
• Bring shovels, rakes, and picks – tools will not be provided
• Boots and gloves are strongly recommended
• 3 to 4 hours of trail maintenance work
• This is not a “build day” as we are not allowed to build without prior permission, so new stunts will not be constructed. Rather berms will be made / fixed, water bars constructed to prevent erosion, snow removal & general cleanup
• BBQ, beer & prizes after the work has been completed at the Top Parking Lot
• Great prizes from Pinkbike.com, Painincorporated.com, Calgary Cycle, SPY Optics, ewannicholson photography, Maxxis Tires & Bow Cycle
• Come out, do some work, Hang out with fellow riders, be a part of keeping this trail system one to be proud of
