After having spent almost 20 years racing downhill, 12 in the world cup circuit and 8 at a professional level, I learned and understood so much thanks to my coach while I was part of the Giant Factory Off-road team. With his guidance, I polished and excelled my skills so far which allowed me to step multiple times on the world cup podiums, one 2nd place on an EWS, and several other events. 3 Common Mistakes - Easily made mistakes that in the end could be really dangerous, from the wrong pedals to the wrong shoes and the wrong setup on your bike.
Mullet? - There's a huge hype for mullet bikes. There are so many riders out there that don't even know what mullet is all about or even understand what's the pros or cons of them.
Suspension Set Up - So many theories, wrong ideas and people out there swearing they can test but they don't even care about what's the sag on their bikes or what their dials do.
10 Things You Shouldn't Forget - When we go on a casual ride, it's so easy to find ourselves in an uncomfortable situation in the middle of nowhere. Well, from a lot of things that you can easily forget, these 10 I have found I CAN NOT miss.
Grab It The Right Way - I have seen people that have been riding bikes forever, BUT no one has shown them what's the right way and not even your mechanic. Trust me, that DOES NOT COST any money, it is just a matter of moving here and there.
