Maybe, just maybe, Triple S rider Corey Kelmel wouldn't have to dig quite as deep to get up that short hill on stage 5 if he'd remembered to snap his visor into a more aero position. But that full air scoop setting definitely cost him at least a dozen seconds on this stage alone. Next time, Corey, next time...
Amy Josefczyk gunning the small uphill on stage 5. It was interesting to see that racers had themselves buried so deep on the downhill portions of this stage that this 25 yard uphill required an out of the saddle effort to try and maintain speed for the flat corners that were coming up.
