Norco has done a great job with the new Fluid 7.3 2015 models. The bike looks simple but stunning! The ride is excellent and for the price, it's actually quite good.

Don't kid yourself though with it's nice affordable price, it does have some cons as well. But they are bearable trade offs. After coming from a 26" All-Mountain bike with 150mm travel with better suspension (also a few hundred dollars extra), the Fluid 7.3 is not far off it's trail.

Bear in mind that Fluid 7.3 is meant for Trail enthusiasts. So in short it's wasn't made to take on big drops with only 120mm of travel. Don't get me wrong it's still a fantastic bike to throw around the trail. Never fear though, if you can save up and upgrade the front and rear suspension and upgrade the 160mm rotors to a bigger 180mm. You will feel more confident attacking the trails full speed ahead.

The Fluid 7.3 is a very exciting bike to tackle tricky and bumpy trails head on. Straight from the shop and out into the bush you will appreciate what Norco has done with this beauty.

If it's already a fantastic ride, just imagine if you upgrade the suspension and rotors. Plus add a dropper seatpost and you'll end up with a very mean beast!!!

Norco 2015 Fluid 7.3 (MSRP $1515) — The Fluid lets you choose your perfect trail weapon: the 650B Fluid 7 or the 29” Fluid 9 – or for younger riders, the 24” Fluid 4 or the 26” Fluid 6. Like every bike in the Norco lineup, the Fluids were designed around their intended uses and respective wheel sizes – no geometry compromises here. With 120mm of trail-tuned A.R.T. suspension and short, stiff rear ends, the Fluids snap around corners, explode up tech climbs, and flow through rocky, rooty descents. This truly is a bike for those looking to take their trail riding experiences to the next level. Find your sweet spot with the Fluid.
