the older model must have had less upsweep, as i had to change back to a 5.5 degree upsweep. thee are great bars, especially for the price, light, strong, good looking, but ya, the older model had little upsweep which didnt work for me. but this new model has 5 degrees which is great! anyway, awesome bar, get it.

This rider bar is by no means the lightest, but if you're not a weight fanatic and don't want to spend 50 or 60 bucks on a handlebar then you can't go wrong with this one. I have the 30mm risers and I don't think I will ever buy another bar, the paint doesn't chip and 30 bucks this is a really good deal.
Oh and by the way, the 680 grams is the biggest lie ever, I weighed mine and they weigh 314 grams.

Kind of awkward rising and incline bending. You get used to it eventually. If you have the choice, I'd try getting a Amoeba (Borla or such) bar instead on ebay, it's good has a 25.4 clamping diameter but expands to oversize 31.8 bar between the clamping area and grip area.

Very good bars!they are pretty cheap, very durable, and discrete (i have the one in black).
I have not tested any other higher end bars (just some specialized demo's,holzfellers etc)
but i do not know why would you spend more on some bars when you have these.(bling factor ?!)

What do you expect. They are good for your money. I bent mine by a half inch on the left side going down. NO cracks or any problem. They work great. Great if your building up a budget bike and trying to invest more money into other things like wheels and so on.

This bar is perfect for everything. It isnt the lightest bar on the market, but it isnt really expensive. It is the perfect mix of strength and fairly light weight to give you the perfect bar to ride the trails wherever you are.

I have this bar in a 40mm rise in white. Its the first after market bar I have ever purchased, the weight is noticeably lighter than a std steel bar. locating shifters + levers far enough inboard can be an issue as the bar is more tapered than it first appears. a solid bar that does what it needs to.

they are a fairly short length which I find quite good for climbs and they are cheap! I would recommend these to anyone who is a little short in cash but need good strong bars. Wink

I have these in black and they are great. nice durable finish, strong as hell while being very light and being at a fair price. also wide which is great for someone with a large armspan such as myself.

Świetna kierownica, wizualnie świetnie się prezentuje, wytrzymała, sztywna, jak dotąd niezawodna. Lakier nie zbyt trwały, lecz mimo tego mogę ją polecić w 100% Smile

Good value bar. Last long, paint is tough. Not very wide, and not the lightest, but serve there purpose well. An ideal mid range, do it all handlebar.
