super plush ride... just changed my Big Hit for this one and I'm pleased with it. Just changed the 66 for a Fox 40. even the cheap components are up to the job. This is no longer a cheap brand and they are in the game for sure. Thumbs up for Mongoose
If you want a bike that you can pedal to the top of the hill some of the time get this bike. The Freedrive doesn't feel much different than similar bikes and you get great efficiency with your pedalling. Spec'd a bit low but the components are tough. A fairly quiet bike with well placed velcro on the rear triangle. Geometry fits me great and the frame is beautiful.
