Awsome bike and entry into DH, performs well over everything jumps/drops/rock gardens etc proven in the Red Bull Rampage and awsome looking too.
My only gripes are its terrible for chain slap which I remedied by moving to a clutch mech, wheels very heavy and elixer brakes arent powerfull enough which for me gives me breaking cramp on really gnarly tracks, all are easilly upgradeable as you feel the need.

 Great Freeride bike
I love the geometry as well as the components. If you are looking for a less expensive intermediate to expert (depending on the model status 1 or 2 and upgrades) freeride DH bike you should definitely consider if not get one.

I used this bike to dh on mt. crested butte in co. It took pretty big hits and kept rolling with no problem. Easy to handle for such a beefy bike.

The status line of bikes is perfect for the entry level dh rider, and with afew upgrades it can acomadate some serious shredding.

Gotta love the price point on this bike. The geometry is solid. However as most state it needs some upgrades, E.g Breaks and drive train to start.
