I guess the StepUp is one of the best types of jumps to improve your take off skills. Here can you invest all about take off dynamic because of the higher landing. Your flight dynamic will loos most of her energy during the airtime while lift off to land with less energy in contrast to landing from above, like on a normal jump. That´s why a StepUp is also perfect to try some tricks.

Jump to Manual, oh yeah! The combination out of different skills turns the level into sportive. But specially here it´s a question of feeling and sensibility. Here for is again the safest way to learn a StepUp jump to try it with less danger. The Manual should be able to do him well in the flat and then… check this video for the combination and have fun Thanks Brad Tippie for translating

Dropping or not, decide mostly your courage because of the same technic claim from a kerb to a 5 Meter Drop. Depend of speed and gap size until the landing do you need to act with more or less action. But it´s always necessary, during airtime, to stay smooth and let your bike hang down on your way heavier body, who lead the flight.

Jumping it´s to funny and if you do it clean and without stress it´s less dangerous like it seams. Also if everybody just fly in his own comfort zone… provided you are able to fly because jumping as a passenger is not that nice, specially if you, on the way to the landing, becomes stiffness in your whole body and lately then thinks… fuck, why i don´t had a look to this video about jumping.

oh yeah the Wallride, one of my favorite moves. Once because of opening your mind to extend your horizons from usual gravitational relations and twice because of the feeling during this act.

The Frontwheel Lift is a multi use tool for a better riding and so very important. You need it for the simple and dry crossing of little creeks, for dropping from a kerb or the 5meter obstacle, to get your Frontwheel save on the other side of a branch while bunny hopping or just to look cool with a manual at your ice-cream dealer.

Proving ground of the Nutral Position. In this Video i show you how important a nutral and smooth position on your bike is, also if it goes steep. Only with that you are able to handle rough stuff sovereign. But if you stretch your arms to move your ass in the back, you becomes stiffness and all your body gonna be effected by the impulse of the ground.
