On this latest episode of the Grit With Wisdom Podcast, I went for a ride and sat down for a chat with North Vancouver local and freeride legend, among many other things, Geoff Gulevich who is otherwise known as, 'Gully'.

Geoff’s longtime career as a Professional Mountain biker has been filled with impressive highlights, remarkable comebacks from injuries, and a continued dedication to sharing his passion and expertise with others.

Most notably, Geoff has solidified himself among MTB Stardom with appearances in legendary bike films like New World Disorder, the Kranked series, and Follow Me, as well as competing in the Red Bull Rampage and Crankworx Slopestyle events.

As you’ll hear during the conversation, His ability to concentrate his focus on the task at hand is unmatched. Geoff is someone who's been refining his ability to make decisions and think critically under pressure for a lifetime. Whether it be riding freeride lines blind in the Red Bull rampage or getting himself to safety in the face of a potential near-death incident, this guy knows his way around mindset.

So today I’m stoked to share with you all a post-ride conversation where we dive into the mental side of his Mountain Biking, Freeriding, Competing, and most recently, his journey of recovery after shattering his femur in 17 places during a backcountry skiing accident.

You can follow along with Geoff's amazing journey on Instagram @geoffgulevich and on YouTube @geoffgulevich, where he shares a whole bunch of quality content.
