no they were cheap as I picked a colour they use a lot so they just put the stuff in with a batch, the powder coating is really hard but not 100% perfect finish

just double checked with my mate who took them to derwent enamelers they charged us £60 for two slope style frames ,two pairs of handlebars a stem and some crank arms and some other small bits in satin black, it was bloody hard wearing perfect for the slope style bikes but not the cleanest looking finish if your after the perfect finish tho go bob jackson
