Seymour's Pub, located at the Holiday Inn in North Vancouver, BC hosted a spectacular event and offered free eats and of course good drinks. Wandering around the room, there was a great turnout of familiar faces including Jay "Hoots" Krantz who does the dirt jumping segment of the movie.
Ryan Leech was on hand as well - he demonstrated his well-known balance on skinnies and threw in a little Manifesto to boot (in the movie, not at the pub). Sally Carmichael was present - she is the founder of the Spokeswoman camps up at Whistler Mountain, as well as Daamiann Skelton - former World Cup Downhill competitor, extreme freerider and a Director of the Canadian Mountain Bike Instructors Certification program. Also present was Joan Jones - Producer of West Coast Style and founder of the West Coast School of Mountain Biking, Elladee Brown, former World Cup Downhill and Dual Slalom competitor and former coach of the Canadian National DH Team. Elladee was featured in
Kranked II,
III and
Dirt Divas.
The evening hosted a good sized crowd and everyone is stoked for this new video to come out. Be sure to watch for it later this month as it's still in physical production.
Thanks to Lindsay Waddell for the great photos!
