DevineRIDE MTB Camps in Rossland BC back by Popular Demand

DevineRIDE Mountain bike camps rocked the Kootenays last summer and are back by popular demand. DevineRIDE hosted two successful Women’s mountain bike camps last summer, and now the word is out. These Camps have established a reputation for delivering a high calibre Camp that focuses on the quality of the rider’s experience, good organization, and qualified, fun instructors.The hosts, past World DH Mountain Bike Champion, Cindy Devine and World Extreme Skiing Medallist champ, Kirsty Exner, were really pleased with their inaugural season. “It really couldn’t have gone smoother,” says Kirsty. “We had a great turn out and great riding. Can’t ask for more than that!”


And this is an exciting year for DevineRIDE because it is the first year of operation for Red Resort’s brand new bikepark. This year, Red Resort will be the stage for the Freeride DH Mountain Bike Camps hosted by DevineRIDE and their experienced team of talented and respected mountain biking stars.

The DevineRIDE instructors received rave reviews from participants. Cindy and Kirsty, will be joined this year by Rossland local ripper, Steph Robinson, and hot riders from nearby Nelson: Maya Grosch, Deb Mackillop, Mike Kinrade, Chris Lawrence and many others. This will be a strong team, loaded with talent and experience.


These mountain bike camps are weekend events. Riders participate in two days of skills instruction, lift-access rides or ride/shuttle access, and technical seminars, plus plenty of time to socialize with fellow riders. There are trails for all abilities and there will also be a skill development area to help riders learn to ride skinnies, do jumps, ride the steeps and go fast!

Camps offer both Women-Only and Co-Ed for ages 13 and up.
