A couple of weeks ago, Calgary Cycle received Canada's first shipment of Scott bicycles - these are some of the sleekest, lightest, and highest performance bikes ever seen. They've been building up these beauties as fast as possible so as to get them out on the trails. Check them out! What's the big deal about Scott bikes in Canada? Glad you asked. Scott has had an issue with the patent on a couple of their lines for this summer and can only ship certain bikes to international countries (outside the US). Canada has been drooling and waiting since Interbike for the first shipment of these disgustingly beautiful bikes, since taking a peek under the Scott booth tarp.

So far, the Genius MC Limited is a beautiful carbon creation boasting a rediculously light weight (25.6lbs) for the amount of bike.

Next out of the box came the Nitrous SL 11. Coming stock with a Manitou Nixon and a Manitou Swinger, 6 inches of travel in front and 7 in the rear and only 32 lbs? Believe it!

One more beauty built up, for the roadies out there, is the CR 1 Team Issue. You have to see this one to believe it. Stock, this bike is UNDER 16lbs (15.6lbs). It weighs less than a fat cat.

There are still more bikes to be built including the High Octane 2.

Calgary Cycle is located at 1414 Center Street North in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
