2010 Boxxer and Muddy Marys, first impression

Wicked-sweetAllright, so I picked up the 2010 Boxxer Team along with some folding Schwalbe Muddy Marys, gooey gluey upfront and 3c outback. They are 2.35s but are basically the same width as 2.5 Maxxis Minions.

First ride on the new set up was today, the riding consisted of some flowy downhill/freeride trails, not much rocks, some loose berms and tight corners. At the start of the trail, there's some steep sections that are pretty loose, with some switchback berms carved into the sidehill. The Marys hooked up great! After a couple runs I had found more confidence with the MM than my previous set of 2.5 42a Minions. They have some great grip throughout the turns and roll very smoothly. At approx. 870g each, they are a bit less than my 1300g Minions.

Since it was my first time on the Boxxer, it wasn't set up 100%, all I had adjusted was the bottom out, so it would be smoother for my weight. It was a lot more lively than my 888RC3 and felt smoother through the rough sections, it didn't feel weighed down or slow. I found it a lot easyer to manouver the front end around. Aside from looking amazing, it performed amazing.
