If you have the possibility to try your first backflips in a foampit, just do it! It´s easier than you think. It´s just a mind fuck in the beginning. I bet, you can learn a backflip faster than me ;) After you have learnt a backflip in a foampit, try your first flips on a resipit or very soft landing. Safety first! Have fun & good luck!

Fabio and Jannik left the rain-drenched dirt jumps in Germany behind to enjoy some "vida loca" in Barcelona. A shoulder injury at day 1, a broken suspension and windy weather turned the trip into a challenge. Everything went wrong but it didn't spoil the party...
