After dedicating over 7 years to in-person mountain bike skills coaching, I've recently made the exciting shift to an online video analysis coaching platform. My motivation for this change emerged from the realization that, more often than not, I found myself capturing video footage of athletes during on-trail skill sessions to aid in the visualization of their movements and provide more comprehensive explanations of my coaching insights. This realization led me to explore a more efficient coaching method that would enable athletes to film themselves and send the footage to me for advice.



Powered by CoachNow, a state-of-the-art video analysis platform not yet utilized within the mountain bike world, I am able to connect with athletes and provide feedback through a virtual medium. The result is a coaching experience that transcends physical limitations, opening doors to a global audience of enthusiastic athletes. The platform's functionality revolves around a private feed, where athletes seamlessly upload their videos. This simple yet effective process allows me to analyze their performance and deliver tailored coaching advice, mirroring the guidance I would offer in face-to-face sessions.
