Here is a new school spin on an old school exercise that everyone can do to cure spring Armpumpitus!

Spring Armpumpitus is a specific disease that affects the forearms while riding a mountain bike. It typically occurs while riding in a downhill oriented fashion and can be severely agitated by rough terrain and brake bumps. This disease that seems to flair up every spring and is believed to be related to snow levels increasing above 5000 feet.
