Final trip to C.O.P for the year
Just got back from C.O.P
Great riding primo weather (Saturday)
Not alot of progression because i was teaching my 7 year old cousin how to dirtjump and ride trails, But atleast i accomplished something!Went up to Canada olympic Park on Saturday
Getting up at 6:00 is not usually my first choice to spend saturday but when you have a 2.5 hour drive ahead of you and you want to be there early its a decent sacrifice.
Next time we go ill make sure to get some snapshots, This time there was none because i forgot the camera
So managed to get to the hill at around 10:30- 11 A little behind schedule but a great day of riding ahead for My dad my cousin and I.
We were slightly apprehensive with a 30% chance of rain in the afternoon, But thankfully it held off long enough so we could finishh at 4:30
Like i said, saturday wasnt really a "progression" day.
More of a teeach cousin how to ride day.
So we started off in the dirtjump park as i slowly coached him on proper DJ,in technique ,by the end of the day he was up to the second set and totally stoked to be riding.
I believe he prefferred dirtjumping to the trails though.
Him being slightly forgetful about which brake is which and all that
After a few times biting the dust he started tio get the hang of it and wasnt that far behind us by the end of the day.
Apart from that nothing much else happened that day.
Except for me missing the lip on the dh hip and nose casing . ..
But meh
