I went to ride the course after going to the Olympics, and boy is it so much tougher than it looks! We rode the unaltered Olympic features. It will be tamed a bit in a few months before being opened to the public as part of a larger trail centre so I was glad I managed to experience it in it's raw state. essexlegacy.org for more info!
