Hey PinkBike, Ryan Meyer here with a little bike check for my 2010 Corsair Ducat! I just built this before I left for the Teva Mountain Games in Vail, CO and have been shredding it ever since.
Details and pics inside,I can't give it enough praise... it's lightweight, nimble, durable, and has the perfect geometry for the gnarliest dirt jumps you can find. The bottom bracket is a bit lower than most hard tails I have rode (12.2" BB height) and it gives you a great center of gravity on the bike. As well, the replaceable headset cups are awesome for a lowered fork; You can adjust the headtube by 1 degree slacker or steeper, so that you can get the same angles by still running a lowered fork.
You can check me riding my Ducat at all the next North American FMB events. Goat Style, Claymore Challenge, Crankworx Colorado, Crankworx Whistler, and at the local trails... if you can find them.
