I stopped reading when you clamped the KS by the stanchion in the stand in the first picture.

HAHAHHAHA I know that you will hate me for saying this but its absolutely harmless with the pressure I had it in there... the bike was literally slipping down ever so slowly as I took the pic... Also - It didn't hurt it at all! Services have been provided as a routine and nothing was harmed at all... no animals killed either !

It's just one of those taboo things, y'know. Most of the time it won't hurt anything.

yea bro I know! lol... taboo is pretty lame when you have to switch posts every time you put the thing in a stand and god knows that my frame isn't getting anywhere NEAR that thing... I'd much rather replace a post...

Oh yeah I didn't really realize that yours is too short to be clamped...mine has plenty of room on my Blacklite.

fo sho my last bike had tons of space at least for that tiny clamp... I also didnt care about the PC as much either! lol but its a royal pain switching that thing out all the time esp because i always forget to mark where it was so then I gotta go up and down the street a few times to get it right hahah

 Why switch it?

Hell I keep it on for XC racing. Compared to my OEM shit post it's like .56 lb different or something.
