Good bye 2016

With the 2016 season coming to an end, all of the bike parks are closed by now, and I am left to riding the trails I build, and ride most. I have no problem with this, but every year the trail get more progressive with big drops and dirt jumps to small landings, so for the next season I will have to invest in a nicer 27.5 full suspension bike. I have set my mind on the Commencal meta am v3 due to its features, price, and fit for me. I will go into the details of this bike in a later blog post. This bike will allow me to go to park, and ride some serious enduro, with out having to rent any thing. For the 2017 season my goals are to explore more parks in new England and new York, and just keep on having fun with the boys. If you have any suggestions on park please let me know, but the main parks i will go to are highland and Berkshire east. I am very excited for 2017 due to the brand new drive train company called BOX MTB. This is a new company, and they have many products that look very promising with a very smooth 1x11 system with their "iconic" push push system. I think they will do alright this year because many people might leave sram and trek due to prices, and if BOX can keep the prices reasonable they will do amazing. I have had a scott scale 960 for about a year and a half, and it is a 100 mm hardtail that I believe I have out grown. My skill level has increased very much due to the riding group i left, and the new riding group i am a part of now. I ride with a bike shop in farmington ct called central wheel, and they have riding groups, and there are some ex. pros in this group so every time i go, I improve as a rider. All in all 2016 was one of the best riding years I have had, and I can only dream of what 2017 is going to be like.
Keep riding my dudes
