This video shows you how to perform a track stand. Filmed on a Panasonic HDC-TM55 and edited on iMovie '09. Thanks for watching!

Well done and glad to see that you fixed the QR. I wish my mom used to hand out dough on the driveway. Maybe she can talk to my wife... The funny thing is that when you spoke on 'not doing this' - that is what I do and I drop the balance point from then on in. Cheers!

Thank you! I made sure it was correct! You will eventually hit a point where it comes second nature to you! Ha that money paid the rest off for my bike... Thanks again, and have great summer!

dude, front break, no back break, a slight up hill, and push on the pedals. thats the best way to do them. i can do no hands for about 15 seconds, and one hand and both hands for as long as i want. if you use your front break while you bars are turned a bit, then push on your pedals, it will kindof be like pushing against a wall and be much easier. you only need a slight up hill if your doing it no handed.

Don't want to scare you but if you listen carefully there's a rattlesnake hanging around. You might want to get that checked out Props for the vid!
