Hey, I have a real nice Trek Superfly 100 Carbon 29er for sale. I bought it to try out a full suspension 29er, (knowing it may not fit me) and unfortunately (despite trying a longer stem and layback seatpost) as a size medium it's just too small for me at 6'1" so I'm looking to pass it on to its next home. The bike is in good shape, as the original owner maintained it religiously, so it's totally dialed and set to go. I believe it weighs around 26 pounds, and it could easily drop a pound by taking advantage of the tubeless ready rims. There are a couple cosmetic chips in the paint on frame and a little cable rub on the head tube, but it's just cosmetic. The fork and shock were just rebuilt in May, and the bike linkages have been pulled and re-greased recently. The brakes also have a perfect bleed and are working awesome! Here's a parts breakdown:

Fork: Fox Float 29
Wheels: Bontrager Race Lite
Shock: Fox RP2
Brakes: Avid Elixir R SL
Crankset: Shimano XT (Upgrade)
Rear Derailleur: SRAM X9
Front Derailleur: SRAM X9
Shifters: SRAM X9
Cassette: Shimano XT
Tires: Kenda Nevegal
Bars, Stem, and Seatpost: Bontrager
Saddle: Bontrage Evoke 2
Grips: Salsa Lock-On

It's a $4200 bike new, and Bicycle Blue book values it at $1897 for excellent condition with stock parts. I'm only asking $1400. So why the low price? The fork has been lowered a touch to give the bike a faster, more race like setup. Also, if you do some research, you may find some info on the paint problem on these bikes. Needless to say, this has the typical issues (they're known to look like cracks where the two pieces of carbon are molded together on the rear triangle). The bike was checked out by professional Trek-employed mechanics to confirm that these are just cosmetic issues. My local shop said the same thing, telling me that these bikes are known to have this issue. So what does that mean for you? It means you're getting a mean race machine for a total steal!

Call, text, or PM me if interested or with any questions. Thanks for looking!
