Will only consider trades of comparable value, I am only interested in a 5-6in travel bike, and I may be picky, think somewhere from a nice setup stumpjumper-sx trail-enduro, in a med to large size
For $1600 I'm firm on price, if this is being shipped buyer will be paying for shipping, paypal, and all related fees

Up for sale is my coveted trek session, I am not sure if I'm really making the right decision selling it, but I bought a pretty 2014 carbon bike and I don't need 2 bikes, let me see if I can break this down for you

Frame: Trek session 8, size large, polished and black. Main pivot bearings replaced with enduromax, all other bearings were checked and serviced 6 months ago when I went through it. There are no cracks, frame was a warranty replacement for the previous owner new in 2011, the lower chainstay was also a replacement under warranty last year. The downtube has jetski hydroturf (similar to frame defender glued on at the bottom, to protect from rocks or dents, and there is a piece higher up for easy shuttle protection. The top tube has a dent you can see in the pictures, left side, 1inch long, does not affect frames structure. Comes with a straight nsb derailleur hanger and a new trek factory spare hanger

The bottom line is its not pretty, but its very sound and trek frames were the lightest on the market in 2009 for a reason, 2010 is the exact same and 2011 only slightly changed the tube design on the front triangle, alas they dent fairly commonly too. The bike rides like a dream, its fast, picks up speed well, flickable is the #1 description, and is hard to beat especially at this price, my Kona is more supple but not nearly as fast.

Suspension:
Front: 2011 Boxxer RC, red spring, was completely rebuilt last year, lowers repainted and new stickers adhered, then i bought a fox 40 and it just sat, fresh and mint, its seen 1 weekend since the rebuild and it feels just like my 2014 that came on the kona...no bullshit

Rear Shock: 2011 Fox van RC, 450lb spring, spent plenty of time in a box not being ridden as I installed a vivid air, then an RC4, The shock is 100% functional and reliable

Drivetrain: 2014 zee cranks and 36t chainring, original e13 lg1 chainguide, Shimano chain, new (2 rides) zee rear derailluer, and shifter in good condition. Fresh cable and newish housing, ready to ride

Wheels and tires: Original bontrager wheels, dh tubes, brand new (no rides) kenda dh tires, I mostly ran my backup azonic outlaws, so these saw plenty of shed time. They are by no means perfect or 100% true but they are reliable and operational

Brakes: 2014 Avid code R 203mm front 180mm rear

other stuffs: Odi grips, loaded components bars and stem, bontrager seatpost- full length and q/r binder for pedaling to or from the trail, wtb speed v seat,

No pedals, no lowballing, no int shipping, will ship to int forwarding centers, all shipping at buyers expense, local preffered, buyer pays through wells fargo or paypal and covers all fees there as well.

Pretty simple, I have a quality, ready to ride bike with a pedigree, I know Treks are way overpriced! But this is fair market value, if you find a better deal, buy it. If you want this, feel free to contact me
