Yes, these are brand new and have NEVER been ridden. I recently purchased my Emonda SL 6 and bought a different set of wheels for it. They came straight off the bike during the build. These retail for $500 and I want to hook you up by knocking off $100. Here is a list of the specs from the trek website.
LR - TLR rims allow for quick transition from traditional tubed tires to tubeless systems
OSB - Reduces wheel dish, improving stiffness and stability
