Norco Manifesto street/trials frame. I purchased the frame but never built it up. It looks like the previous owner built it once and rode it very minimally. The frame is in near new condition with just a few scrapes here and there. Most obvious is the chain-suck rash in the pictures. Very clean bike overall. PM me with any questions.
