i have purchased quite a few items from this store and i must say when it comes to buying parts or gear, there is no place better to go. awesome staff and amazing service. However, one time when i brought in my steed to get a new tire, (rear, tread was at about 10%) and a simple rebuild for my fork, it took quite a while for them to do so. and i understand how it may have taken a while due to the fact it was in the middle of summer and it was quite buisy, however after the few weeks it took for them to fix the bike, they put the new tire on the front (which had 80% tread left) and left the rear one. at this point i should have just taken it home and done this myself, however i'm a pretty lazy person so i asked for them to do it.
another week or two later (which may seem a bit long to change a tire) my trusty steed was ready for pickup (this time with the new tire where it should have been)
however, don't get me wrong this is my only bad experience with this store and have since gotten my bike serviced with super speed and efficiency of the OBB staff. I would still highly recommend it to anyone in Victoria due to its super awesome friendly staff and its huge range of bikes, parts, and riding gear.

Was trying to order a specific part for my bike and I called them 3 times (weeks apart) and kept getting the oh its on its way speech. After several months I stopped bothering with this overrated and over priced shop. They once tried a wheel for me and it was still wobbly and bent after paying them $20. I once bought a bike used as a starter bike it was 5 years old. There staff proceeded to insult me and my bike. In front of customers and other staff. Never will I return again.
Good store, Andy is a beauty! Lots of love for that man, hes always been there for me in times of need. He care for my personal possessions like no other. He keeps me going in the tough time. He knows his way around if you know what i mean
